Steam Softening Plants for Solid Wood Bending

A range of steam plants for softening solid wood prior to bending is available:
	Combination unit: A steaming generator plus Ø 600 mm cylinder is designed for economical softening treatment in small to medium sized bending shops. It features electrical heating, multi-level automatic control automatic switch-on by clock timer with 7 day program. The unit comes complete with automatic feed water supply system, directly mounted control cabinet, fittings for control, monitoring and safety functions, condensate discharge with drainage, venting and pressure retention valve.
	Technical data: heater rating 18 - 27 kW steam rate 23 - 35 kg / h cylinder length 1,0 - 2,5 m
	Steam Generator with twin cylinders. This solution combined one steam generator with two steaming cylinders to form a complete system, including all control and safety devices plus steam pipe work. This is a space and energy saving system with 7 day program control. Stand alone combinations can be assembled from all the generators and cylinders in th estandard range as well as in special sizes. The system is installed by the customer.
	Technical data: heater rating 22,5 - 54,0 kW cylinder sizes 2 x Ø 600 x 1.750 up to 2 x Ø 800 x 2.000 or 4 x Ø 600 x 2000
	Steam generators are available to produce the best possible steam for softening treatment. Steaming tanks for external supply. Special steaming tanks are available in standard Ø of 600 and 800 mm for the wood softening treatment. Lids are equipped with quick release lock. To ensure an efficient softening process we recommend our pressure retentioin valves and vent valves for the condensate line.
