Steam Generators

There are two different types of steam generators:

• ·         Steam Generator with electric heaters
  •  Max. power 54 kW
  • Can supply 4 … 6 autoclaves
  • Including automatic water supply and timer switch.
• Steam Converter to be connected to plant steam supply network
  • Usually, plant steam contains a lot of energy, but can’t be used to soften bentwood
  • Supplies enriched steam to the autoclaves
  • Including automatic water supply

Autoclaves

• Usual Ø is 600 mm
• Length according to customer’s request, standard is 1,5 m / 1,75 m / 2,0 m
• With dedicated steam control

Compact Steamer Units

An electric steam generator is integrated into the autoclave. Space-saving design. Steam supply of 2 units can be connected. Economical solution, as long as not more than 2 units are used.
