Overview:

From straight to shaped with machines and devices by GHEbavaria	Steaming plants for smooth softening of wood	Bending machines for open (U-shape) or closed (O-shape) bendings. Pre-compressing machine to compress wood for special applications.
GHEbavaria plans and delivers complete bending plants for large series. In the shown plant, the steam generator is heated by an external steam supply. The four cylinders (Ø 800 x 2.200 mm) are loaded from rear using two internal carriages. Softened wood is inserted in the bending plates on a mobile work table that is equipped with bending plates and clamps. After bending and clamping, the bending plates are placed on a cooling conveyor. Two hours later, the clamps are removed. The plates and clamps are stacked on a second mobile work table for returning to the bending machine. The bent parts are loaded on a pilling clamp truck, which can be stacked in the drying room. Drying can also take place in a vaccuum dryer or on a high frequency press.
